In early 2021 Carla set out to bring her knowledge in fitness, nutrition and self care to the masses when she kicked off the first DTW® 30 Day Challenge.

Challenge Requirements

 You must attend all online meetings. Guidelines and ground rules will be set.

 You must Join a gym. Get out of your comfort zone. 

  You will do something active 7 days a week (no days off, you’ve spent the last few years off)

 No cheat days (You’ve exhausted your cheat days, look in the mirror!)

 No alcohol of any kind.
